Polyurethane(PU) has similar characteristics to Nitrile (NBR) which has excellent resistance to many chemicals and petroleum products, Polyurethane has excellent resistance to abrasion but should not be used in high temperature situations.

PU / Polyurethane O-rings are ideal for high hydraulic pressures and situations where highly stressed parts are subject to wear.
