Bearings Deep Groove Ball Bearings Metric Single Row Max Load UnFlanged

NWB are manufacturers of a wide range of open unflanged metric sized max load deep groove ball bearings with snap ring, including rubber sealed, steel shielded and open bearings. We are also able to offer these deep groove bearings with different internal clearance such as C2,C3,C4,C5.

NWB are able to manufacture deep groove ball bearings to suit a wide range of needs and applications meeting strict load, speed and temperature requirements and we can provide off the shelf bearings or design custom solutions for your deep groove ball bearing needs.

All or our sealed variants of deep groove bearings come pre-lubricated with high quality long life grease.

Unflanged Maximum capacity bearings (max load) incorporate a filling slot in the inner and outer ring so that they can be loaded with additional balls for greater capacity. This makes them ideal for applications requiring heavy radial loads and low speeds where thrust loads are comparatively low. Theses bearings are supplied open which means they are not sealed in anyway which allows for the circulation of the oil or grease lubricant. There is also a snap ring made from spring steel which fits in to a groove of the outer race offset to one side which is used when fitting in to housing when it is part of the machinery frame casing.

This design permits precision tolerance even at high speed operation.

NWB are accredited to ISO 9001, 18001 and 45001 and follow strict quality processes to ensure our customers receive the highest level of service and quality.
